We recently undertook an impressive project involving the complete refurbishment of a detached house in Totteridge. Our team successfully executed a range of structural changes, including a double-story rear extension, a small first-floor addition at the front, and the conversion of the loft into a stunning living space complete with a beautiful bathroom. This comprehensive remodel resulted in a significant increase in the total area of the house, almost doubling its square meterage. The transformation was truly remarkable, turning a previously three-bedroom and one-bathroom house into a spacious five-bedroom residence. The upgraded layout now includes one additional bathroom, an en-suite, a ground floor w/c, a large utility room, and a spacious cloakroom.
